Terry Cunningham

Terry Cunningham lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wife Laura and their dogs Seamus and Maeve. He enjoys writing and story-telling, but his career in advertising and sales promotion offered little opportunity to "stretch" in this regard. To satisfy his passion for writing, he has been an occasional freelance writer, predominantly about adventures in the outdoors. His writing has appeared in Montana Quarterly, CARVE, the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, The Tributary and Explore! Red Mountain Pass is his sole novel-length story to date.

In addition to owning the marketing agency Cottonwood Enterprises, Inc., Terry currently serves as the Deputy Mayor of Bozeman, MT and is the Executive Director of Run Dog Run, a non-profit that builds dog parks.

He successfully lobbied for the naming of Alex Lowe Peak, named after the late mountaineer and Bozeman resident. Terry has served on several non-profit boards and is a frequent emcee of fundraising events for local charities.

He hopes you enjoy Red Mountain Pass. Let him know your thoughts.
